What we collect

When you fill in the form we collect your name, mobile number, trade, the areas you cover, your answers about how you find work, and the lead pack you chose.

Why we use it

To contact you about your order, arrange payment, and send you leads. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and your consent to be contacted by WhatsApp or phone.

Who we share it with

We never sell your details. They are stored by our website host (Netlify) and used in WhatsApp to contact you. We may use these providers to run the service: [list, e.g. Netlify, Google Sheets, Stripe].

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete your details within 6 months. Customer records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@jobline.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
